At Grayscale Concepts cc, we’re passionate about providing artists and creatives with the highest quality graffiti and street art supplies. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we aim to make our returns process as fair and transparent as possible.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
* The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging
* You notify us of your return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
* The item is not listed as *non-returnable*, *custom-packed*, or *clearance stock*
Please note: Due to the nature of aerosol spray paint products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used, as it cannot be verified or resold.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, product integrity, and fairness, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
* Opened, tested, or sprayed cans
* Used markers, pens, or inks
* Custom mixed packs or bundled specials
* Clearance and sale items
* Any product not returned in a re-saleable condition
If you’re uncertain about a colour, nozzle type, or finish, please contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to advise.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at grayscaleconcepts@gmail.comand include:
* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the affected items and packaging
We will assess the claim and either replace the item, issue a store credit, or refund you — depending on the nature of the issue.
4. How to Request a Return
If your item meets the return conditions listed above, please contact us via:

Once your return is approved:
* You will receive detailed return instructions
* Return shipping is at your expense (unless the error was on our part)
* Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
* Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Important Note
All spray paint items are classified as pressure-sensitive and chemically sealed goods. Once used, they cannot be safely or legally resold. This policy ensures both safety and quality for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.
